Mr. Rooter Launches Redesigned Site

Waco, TX - July 8, 2004 - Mr. Rooter Plumbing, one of the largest and fastest growing full service plumbing and drain cleaning companies in the world, recently unveiled its updated website at MrRooter.com. The site also hosts websites for each of its 300-plus franchises.

Epoch Online has a long-standing relationship with Mr. Rooter and its parent company, The Dwyer Group, so the Epoch Online staff gets to know Mr. Rooter's needs firsthand on a daily basis. Redesigning the website meant new programming challenges to meet the ever-changing needs of web users as well as the needs of plumbing service customers everywhere. The site features in-depth plumbing diagrams and reference materials in the Services section and the Ask the Expert section features a Plumbing Glossary, Frequently Asked Questions, How-To Guide, and Plumbing Tips. The site also contains a regional search function for users to find local plumbing service. Upon entering their ZIP code, a user is taken to a page within the MrRooter.com domain that hosts a webpage for the the Mr. Rooter nearest them.

More information is being added to the site regularly, and the site will soon feature an expanded News section. Users can also submit questions via the "Ask the Expert" page, for possible inclusion in the Frequently Asked Questions section.
