Epoch Online Attended 83rd Annual DMA Fall Conference

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) is the leading and largest trade association for businesses interested in interactive and database marketing. The DMA hosted its 83rd Annual Conference and Exhibition in New Orleans this year on October 15 - 18.

Floor exhibits from various companies like fulfillment houses, list companies and data merging services, to cutting edge e-commerce providers for e-mail messaging and web site design displayed information and performed demonstrations.

Keynote speaker and DMA President and CEO H. Robert Wientzen spoke of solid expansion on all fronts in the direct and interactive marketing industry. Global industry growth, expanded customer service, web marketing, personalization, and the booming digital and wireless marketplaces were all topics of discussion.
