Founded in 1992, Epoch Online is an Arkansas-C Corporation, and was initially focused on Windows and AS400 consulting. Over time, as Microsoft's technology radically changed the PC environment, the emphasis shifted to GUI-based and database-focused applications.

Regardless of these changes, Epoch's primary purpose throughout has been to enhance business functionality. One of the fundamental concepts of business enhancement is computer automation. The automation process is a time- and revenue-saving apparatus that can allow businesses to compete on a wide variety of levels.
