If you are a website developer with solid HTML, CSS, and general web development skills as well as project leadership experience, you may be needed in this North Little Rock, Arkansas marketing and technology solutions firm.

You must have a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in web application development and design, and you must demonstrate through documentation and/or a portfolio you have the following skills.

• Experience managing projects and working with customers
• Experience working with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop or similar development tools
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience with code scripting
• Experience with FTP
• Familiar with the Windows Server Environment including IIS 5 and IIS 6
• Excellent oral and written professional communication skills that project a positive, professional image
• Highly organized and analytical
• Considered a “People Person”

In addition to the above, the following skills or certifications would be beneficial; however, they are not required.

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005
• Knowledge of ASP.NET/ASPX.NET, C# and VB.NET
• Visual Studio .NET 2003 or 2005
• Strong database modeling skills
• Any Microsoft Certifications (MCSD, MCDBA, MCP, MCPD)
• Knowledge of Related advanced languages
• Experience with Oracle, DB2, MySQL or other advanced level databases
• JavaScript, C/C++, VB, ADO.NET, PERL
• XML, XSL, XSD, XSLT, XHTML
